Is „before birth“ like „after death“? Marcel van Eeden does research on this issue, using a variety of templates like photographs, exhibition catalogues, newspaper clippings, magazines and illustrations from the time before his birth in 1965. Often Marcel van Eeden does series and combines images and text which have no direct reference to each other. The result are cryptic codings and paths to an expansion of consciousness about a world before and after life.
This is why van Eeden calls this project "The Encyclopedia of my Death".
