In the new accelerator series Nika Fontaine takes color field paintings by Mark Rothko as a starting point and takes them to a higher level. Using the medium of Glitter, changing lights and the visitors own motion, Nika never fails to hypnotize .
Malte Kebbel uses luminescent colors and thick layers of paint give the 'Brillo& Linea' paintings a spatial quality. The works change their appearance with light, glow under Blacklight and if one dares, are also are sensitive to touch!
