„Intake of Food is very common in the Astral World”

I borrowed the title from a YouTube article “Astral journey into the afterlife” by Jürgen Ziewe. According to his own statements, he has had out-of-body experiences and interactions with interdimensional beings in other dimensions of existence since 1975, which are accessible through meditation and lucid dreaming.

After Ziewe, life in the astral world, which represents a kind of intermediate sojourn before the further development of the human being, has numerous similarities with the earthly world. In some cases, the people staying there do not even notice that they are not on earth, and they continue to pursue their usual activities, passions and professions.
Even food intake is often continued not out of necessity but out of the possibility of experiencing pleasure in it, depending on the preferences of the person now living in the astral world.
