She exhibited widely including EMST, Athens and The Whitechapel & Royal Academy, London. Her work has been in publications including the New York Times and Defining the Contemporary, Whitechapel.
Drawing subject matter from public and personal spaces, her paintings enter a dialog with historical canons while pondering on our ambiguous relationship with colonial narratives, exoticism, domesticity and taste. Through exaggerated elements and fictional compositions, she often utilises humour and her everyday observations to question her own identity and anxiety. With the use of light and colour on the driving seat, her work allows space for invention, hovering between reality and fiction.
